Meet the Founder - Mia McLeod

Mia brings more than 20 years of commercial experience across global businesses, including Walt Disney, Sony Music, Universal Music and Microsoft.
Her career spans business strategy, revenue growth, digital transformation, marketing, partnerships and leadership. She has built digital divisions, negotiated major commercial partnerships, launched new revenue streams and helped businesses navigate significant periods of change and growth.
Today, Mia combines that corporate experience with something equally important: hands-on business ownership. As the founder of Digital Collective Co and owner of ecommerce business Keto Direct, she understands what it means to make the decisions, manage the numbers and be responsible for what happens next.
